A successful global manufacturing business is looking for a Non-Executive Board Member to sit in an advisory function and assist the UK board of directors. This pivotal role would require attending 2 annual board meetings per year, 1 in the Oxfordshire UK head office and 1 remotely via teams or in person at the executive management board office based in Switzerland. In addition, there may be some questions or scenarios that require advice from time to time. Duties & Responsibilities: Advisory function (without operational tasks) Approximately 2-4 meetings per year and contact person on request of the board/advisory board Election for 3 years with the option of re-election Required Skills and Experience : Professional background and strong business networking knowledge depending on the needs and interests of the company concerned, particularly legal, compliance and risk management.
