Our client, a wholesaler of design-led furniture, accessories, and homewares is recruiting a Key Account Manager. This rapidly expanding company is looking for candidates with relevant experience and a genuine passion for homewares, innovative retail and/or interior design. Our client is a trade only business whose clients include Architects, Interior Designers and Retailers. The role will be responsible for managing client relationships across Bristol and the South West, working both remotely, from London and Lancashire offices and showrooms. The salary for this role is £33,000 plus company car, pension, iPhone, iPad and bespoke training.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit current and prospective accounts (Interior Designers, Retailers, Hoteliers and Property Developers)
- Meet with clients at the company showrooms
- Positively represent the company by building and developing relationships within the established client base and new prospects
- Identify new prospective accounts
- Attend and work at some of the most innovative trade fairs in the world
Essential Skills:
- Previous Account Management and/or sales experience
- Experience in interior design or luxury brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
