Pharmacy Assistant Manufacturing — Full Time/18 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover), with a view to becoming permanent

The Medicines Evaluation Unit (MEU) Ltd is one of the UK\’s leading contract research organisations conducting clinical trials for the pharmaceutical industry. The organisation holds MHRA Phase I Accreditation, together with an MHRA Manufacturing Licence MIA (IMP). Our state-of-the-art facility operates under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Pharmacy Assistant to join our production support team. As a Pharmacy Assistant in our manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation, packaging, dispensing and quality control of pharmaceutical products. This is a hands-on role that combines technical accuracy with strict compliance to GMP guidelines. Experience of working in a clinical environment or a GMP manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Requirements

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding organisational skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely and work as part of a team or independently.
