Operations Assistant’s Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Managing incoming and outgoing emails, responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally. Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, delivering excellent customer service. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records using the company’s CRM system. Building positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Managing daily tasks, following up on outstanding queries and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales. Working towards KPIs whilst maintaining productivity and quality standards. Supporting the wider team with general operational duties as required. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or operations-based role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner. Experience or confidence in handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively. A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build positive relationships and handle enquiries professionally. Good IT skills, including experience using email, databases and CRM systems. A proactive attitude, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and use initiative. Comfortable working towards KPIs and achieving agreed targets.
