As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of customer requirements, engineer schedules, compliance documentation and operational activities. Administrator’s Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating visits to ensure efficient service delivery
- Compiling, reviewing and issuing reports accurately and within agreed timescales
- Maintaining customer, operational and compliance records to a high standard
- Liaising with logistics providers and managing audit documentation to support business compliance requirements
Skills & Experience Required as an Administrator:
- Previous experience within an administrative or coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
