Technical Coordinator (Engineering) Location: Stamford Salary: £32,000 The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our clients Engineering team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, ensuring seamless workflows and compliance with internal and external standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical administration support, including Toolbox Talks and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). Manage documentation for switch plates, wiring, and build/test records. Coordinate the design and procurement of digital artworks for labels, decals, and shipping materials. Maintain calibration certificates and review engineering schematics. Ensure accurate file management and interdepartmental communication. Proven Skills: Experience in technical coordination, preferably within engineering or manufacturing. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document control systems, and ideally Adobe Illustrator. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with engineering terminology. Knowledge of decal/label design software is a plus.
