Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their skilled production team. Fabricator Welder’s Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble a variety of bespoke architectural and structural steel fabrications
- Work from technical fabrication drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Collaborate effectively within a production team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a high level of quality, safety, and workmanship across all tasks
Skills & Experience Required as a Fabricator / Welder:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/fabrication drawings
- Apprenticeship, BTEC Level 3, or equivalent in fabrication/welding (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach to work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
