We are working with a highly regarded and long-established specialist in architectural metalwork and bespoke steel fabrication. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their skilled production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of high-quality, bespoke projects within a modern and well-equipped workshop environment.

Fabricator Welder’s Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble a variety of bespoke architectural and structural steel fabrications
  • Work from technical fabrication drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
  • Collaborate effectively within a production team to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of quality, safety, and workmanship across all tasks

Skills & Experience Required as a Fabricator / Welder:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering/fabrication drawings
  • Apprenticeship, BTEC Level 3, or equivalent in fabrication/welding (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
