We are currently recruiting for a Student Records Administrator to join a busy and supportive administration team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong data entry skills to play a key role in maintaining accurate student records and supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and maintain student records and data.
  • Input, update and validate information across multiple systems.
  • Process enrolments, withdrawals, transfers and other student record amendments.
  • Respond to internal enquiries via telephone, email and service desk requests.
  • Support data quality checks to ensure records remain accurate and compliant.
  • Assist with enrolment activities and peak-period administrative projects.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Experience working in a data-focused role with high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • A proactive and team-focused approach to work.
  • Previous experience within education or a student records environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
