Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively generating new business through outbound calls and lead generation
- Managing and growing a pipeline of opportunities
- Delivering engaging sales pitches over the phone and in person
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Attending occasional client visits to strengthen relationships
- Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activity
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
