We’re on the hunt for an HRBP/Senior HR Advisor to join our clients team onsite, supporting managers and employees with expert HR advice and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Coaching and advising managers on best practices to drive employee engagement and compliance.
  • Managing HR processes from onboarding to retention, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Keeping HR policies up to date and aligned with employment law and business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HR experience at Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level.
  • Experience in a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running!
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
