Salary: Highly competitive base salary plus monthly and quarterly uncapped commission
Over the past 2 years we have been building something truly special here at ACR. Our Manufacturing and Engineering division is now one of the leading sectors for the business with large PSL agreements in place and a clear expansion plan for the next 24 months. Our engineering and technical division is growing at pace and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Resourcer who is focused on candidate management, proactive sourcing and has a passion for working with people!

Job Responsibility as a Senior Recruitment Resourcer:
- Managing a 180° recruitment across the engineering and technical landscape – from graduate engineers to senior leadership roles
- Building out proactive candidate sourcing campaigns to include job board searching, LinkedIn headhunting and database management
- Managing interview processes from start to finish, collating feedback from both clients and candidates
- Undertaking in-depth job briefs with both clients and your colleagues to truly understand technical job roles before building out marketing campaigns afterwards to attract the right candidates to apply
- Providing clients with up-to-the-minute market intelligence and strategic hiring advice
- Playing a key role in the broader team to support and work alongside a team of talented recruitment experts
What skills you will need as a Senior Recruitment Resourcer:
- Proven recruitment experience – ideally in engineering, manufacturing, technical, or related sectors
- A strong resourcing skillset with a consultative approach to candidate management
- A passion for speaking with people
- Deep understanding (or willingness to learn) of the technical skills and challenges shaping the engineering sector
- A growth mindset – excited by the idea of building something and taking ownership
