- Pick and prepare materials for production, maintain stock levels and support the smooth running of the stores function.
- Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
- Prepare and securely pack customer and supplier consignments, ensuring goods are protected during transit.
- Support continuous improvement within the stores department, provide cover for the Stores Supervisor when required, and assist with deliveries, collections and general housekeeping duties.
Skills & Experience Required as a Stores Assistant:
