About the Role
As a Sales Development Executive, you will be the voice of our client's business, reaching out to potential and existing clients to introduce our services and drive sales. You'll be responsible for securing appointments for the sales team, reigniting relationships with former clients and converting leads into loyal customers. Your ability to listen, engage, and identify opportunities will be key in helping them meet—and exceed—our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our services
- Secure appointments for the in-house sales team
- Reconnect with lapsed clients to gather feedback and explore renewal opportunities
- Qualify leads and identify new business prospects
- Launch and support targeted sales campaigns
