Production Manager – Saffron Walden – £38,000 - £45,000
ACR are working with a well-established print and signage business who are growing through a huge period of growth through the acquisition of a new company alongside growing out their existing graphics team. The company are specialists within their field and due to expansion are now seeking a senior manager to join their Sussex site.
Production Manager’s Key Responsibilities:
Heading up a dedicated graphics and print team who oversee the design, preparation and installation of all design work for signage, vehicles and wall décor
Ensuring all production activities are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality targets
Manage print equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate production plans in line with the Design Manager
Oversee the commercials of the business to include budget management, stock ordering, supplier communication and invoicing
Take lead on any client site meetings and quote based off customer requirements
Skills & Experience Required as a Production Manager:
Previous experience within graphics, vinyl, large format print or signage (desirable)
Strong leader with the ability to manage production in an effective and supportive way
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have full UK driving license
Production Manager Benefits Package:
Starting salary of between £38,000 - £45,000 PA dependent upon experience
Monday – Friday working hours, 8am – 5pm
Free on-site parking
