An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a Residential Property Management team based in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in property management.
As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the Cambridge branch. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to achieve set targets and will manage a portfolio of let properties, guiding them through every stage of the rental process—from inventory and check-in to tenancy termination and check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage let residential properties, resolving tenancy issues, coordinating repairs, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs.
- Conduct quarterly property inspections, advising landlords of any concerns or required actions while promptly notifying tenants where necessary.
- Facilitate tenancy check-outs, liaising with all parties to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution, including deposit returns.
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships, addressing maintenance and account matters as needed.
- Recommend and coordinate property upgrades or refurbishment, including between-tenancy work, to maximise rental income for landlords.
- Maintain up-to-date property and tenant records using CRM systems, ensuring efficient data management.
- Stay informed on compliance requirements and apply this knowledge in your day-to-day work.
