What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team responsible for sourcing and managing work placements
- Driving employer engagement activity - including business development, networking, and lead generation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local, regional, and national employers
- Ensuring consistent achievement of placement targets and KPIs
- Using data and performance metrics to improve outcomes and processes
- Overseeing the full work placement lifecycle - from sourcing to quality assurance
- Supporting employers with guidance to ensure successful placement experiences
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection standards
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align placement activity with wider organisational goals
