ACR is working with a well-established business to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join their team in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities, supporting engineers and contractors and ensuring exceptional service delivery to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planned, reactive, and quoted maintenance works using internal management and CAFM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ensure jobs are completed within agreed client timeframes and provide regular progress updates.
  • Support mobile engineers with scheduling, work allocation, and smooth coordination of works.
  • Monitor contractor compliance, health & safety accreditations, and onboarding documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management or Property Maintenance.
  • Experience using CAFM, helpdesk or similar job management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of contractor compliance and health & safety processes.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH or similar Facilities Management qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
