I'm thrilled to be seeking an experienced Assistant / Management Accountant to support a growing Peterborough based business during an exciting period of transformation. This is a temporary opportunity for 2-3 months, with flexibility to work on either a part-time (3-4 days) or full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accuracy, improving reporting processes, and providing reliable financial insight during a time of change.
Key Requirements:- Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in management accounts
- Confident in reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt within a changing environment
Hours 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday (hybrid available). This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys improving processes and adding value during business transformation.
