Customer Success Manager's Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, becoming their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with customers through regular service reviews and check-ins to ensure they remain satisfied and supported.
- Build a thorough understanding of each customer's requirements, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively across the business.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts and contact information within the CRM system, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
