We're delighted to be partnering with a longstanding client to recruit an ambitious and proactive HR Manager to join their growing HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Senior HR Advisor or experienced HR professional ready to take the next step into a broader HR management role with real autonomy and development potential. Reporting into the HR Director (International), you'll play a key role in delivering a true generalist HR service across the business. You'll work closely with managers and employees, support the HR Co-ordinator, and become a trusted HR partner across day-to-day operations and people initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing as HR Manager
- Providing proactive, practical, and commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, absence management, and HR best practice
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives
- Supporting the HR Co-ordinator with day-to-day HR administration and operational activities
- Assisting with HR reporting, HR systems administration, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting policy implementation and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company procedures
- Building strong working relationships across the business and contributing to a positive and collaborative culture
- Taking ownership of priorities and managing a varied workload with a high degree of autonomy
What We're Looking For – HR Manager
- Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor role or existing HR Manager position
- Strong generalist HR knowledge with hands-on employee relations experience
- Ambitious and career-focused individual looking for long-term development opportunities
- Confident working independently and managing priorities autonomously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous
- Experience supporting fast-paced operational environments would be beneficial
