A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to add a Paralegal or Legal Executive to its growing Land Development & New Homes team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who wants exposure to high-quality development work, not just standard residential files. You’ll be working closely with experienced fee earners on a varied caseload and playing a key role in delivering a smooth, commercially focused service to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting fee earners on a range of conveyancing and infrastructure matters
  • Preparing quotes and handling initial client enquiries
  • Conducting searches and progressing transactions
  • Drafting contracts and managing standard documentation
  • Liaising with estate agents and third parties
  • Assisting with exchanges, completions, and post-completion work
  • Including SDLT, Land Registry, and Companies House submissions
  • Managing file closures and maintaining accurate records
  • Contributing to client relationships and ongoing business development

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Executive within conveyancing
  • Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes (development experience is a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and a structured way of working
