Are you a hands-on Plumbing and Heating Engineer looking for a varied role where you can work across commercial and industrial sites, supporting installation works, reactive maintenance, callouts and refurbishment projects?
Location: Market Deeping
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + overtime
Benefits: Fully expensed vehicle and fuel card, pension, workwear and PPE provided, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with additional long service holiday accrual after five years.

The business delivers commercial installations, refurbishments, maintenance, industrial projects and planned preventative maintenance.
As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out fault finding, remedial repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works across commercial and industrial environments.
- Completing plumbing and heating installations in line with current regulations, standards and legislation.
- Inspecting and testing new and existing installations, recording results accurately and completing relevant test certificates.
- Processing job documentation using both electronic and paper-based systems, including labour, materials and installation records.
- Supporting apprentices when required and attending training to continue developing your technical knowledge.
As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, you will need:
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience following completion of training or apprenticeship.
- Industrial or commercial experience, with confidence working across varied customer sites.
- Full clean UK driving licence, along with personal hand tools and battery tools as a minimum.
- A hands-on, organised and professional approach, with strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
This Plumbing and Heating Engineer position would suit someone who enjoys variety, works well independently or as part of a team, and has the confidence to prioritise work efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
The working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. A fully expensed vehicle and fuel card will be provided, along with workwear and PPE.
