Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking to work on technically challenging industrial projects with the flexibility of hybrid working? Our client is a specialist architectural consultancy based just outside Peterborough and are looking to add a talented Revit user to their growing team. Working across food manufacturing factory projects in the UK, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and delivering high-quality technical drawing packages with minimal supervision.
Architectural Technician's Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit.
- Work independently to complete drawing packs with minimal supervision.
- Prepare planning, Building Regulations and construction drawings.
- Liaise with team members to ensure designs are delivered accurately.
- Support the delivery of industrial, warehouse and food manufacturing projects from design through to completion.
Skills & Experience Required as an Architectural Technician:
- Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist within a warehouse, industrial or similar environments.
- Excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (essential).
- Strong understanding of construction methods and UK Building Regulations.
- Ability to manage your own workload and produce accurate technical drawings independently.
- Experience within industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or food sector projects would be highly advantageous.
Benefits Package:
- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000, with flexibility for a more senior individual who can hit the ground running.
- Hybrid working with approximately one day per week in the office required (office-based also available if preferred).
