Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a hands-on role where you can add real value and be a key part of a high-performing team?
This role will be based near Wisbech working closely with the wider site leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of site finance from management accounts and variance analysis to business partnering, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial results for the site, with in-depth analysis of key variances in commercial and operational performance.
- Manage period-end and year-end close, ensuring all reconciliations are completed and documentation is audit-ready.
- Lead the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans, working closely with site management to ensure robust assumptions.
- Provide financial insight to support key business decisions, including pricing, capex, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and stock control.
About you
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant
- Solid understanding of ERP systems
- Good analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into actionable insight.
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or working towards one.
- Confident communicator and team player with a hands-on approach.
- Happy to be onsite full time ideally or require minimal hybrid working to work with the business needs
