Anne Corder Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an established and highly respected manufacturer to appoint a Technical Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background who enjoys working closely with customers, providing technical solutions and supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order. You’ll play a key role in supporting both customers and the external sales team, acting as the go-to contact for technical enquiries across a global customer base.

The Role

  • Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to order
  • Producing technical quotations and proposals
  • Providing product and application support to customers
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Supporting the external sales team with technical insight
  • Processing orders and liaising with internal teams
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Supporting continuous improvement and service delivery initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience in a technical sales, internal sales or applications role
  • Confident working with customers and handling technical enquiries
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple enquiries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or SAP (desirable)
