We're partnering with a well-established and ambitious organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering people solutions that support business success. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the people agenda across a diverse and operational workforce. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring people initiatives align with business objectives while creating a positive and high-performing culture.
This is a broad and varied role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organisational development, talent management, reward, engagement, compliance and workforce planning.
As HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to provide commercially focused HR advice and guidance.
- Lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring pragmatic and legally compliant outcomes.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and business change initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends and influence decision-making.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activity, helping attract and retain high-calibre talent.
- Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Support reward processes including salary reviews, benchmarking and bonus administration.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and develop an HR team, promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
Are you an experienced HR professional who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels? Do you have:
- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present HR data.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.
