Our client is a growing B2B organisation looking to add an ambitious Lead Generation Executive to their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to build a career within sales.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying opportunities, building relationships and generating high-quality leads for the wider sales team. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within business-to-business sales.
The Role
- Proactively contact businesses across a variety of industries
- Conduct outbound calls to identify purchasing requirements and opportunities
- Introduce the company's products and services to prospective customers
- Qualify potential opportunities and gather key business information
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions and lead information
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified opportunities are progressed
What We're Looking For
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
- Positive, resilient and self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous sales, lead generation, customer service or telesales experience would be advantageous
