Due to growth, they are looking for a Training Specialist to help deliver and support industry-leading training and assessment programmes across the UK and internationally. This is a hands-on, people-facing role where your work directly supports workforce competence and professional standards. As a Training Specialist, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical training and assessments from a dedicated UK training centre, at member sites, and occasionally overseas. You will help ensure training delivery is consistent, fair, and aligned with robust quality standards, while also contributing to the ongoing development of course materials and qualifications. You will work closely with the Training Manager and wider Learning & Development team, supporting operational delivery, continuous improvement, and engagement with members and stakeholders across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support technical training programmes at a UK training centre, on-site with members, and internationally when required
- Support learner assessment activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and fairness
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials, assessments, and CPD/refresher programmes
- Promote training, qualifications, and competence schemes to members and external stakeholders
- Maintain technical knowledge and professional currency through CPD, internal training, and industry engagement
- Represent the organisation at industry events, meetings, and member activities
- Plan, organise, and prepare training courses, including logistics and equipment setup
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Business Support teams to support effective delivery
