A fast-growing water consultancy is making a strategic hire. They want an experienced Senior Civil Engineer ready to step up, or an established Associate who wants more autonomy, quicker progression, and direct access to decision-makers.
If you're tired of bureaucracy, boxed-in scopes or slow promotions — this is a chance to lead delivery, shape projects, and take technical ownership.
What you'll lead:
- Civil design for WwTW, WTP and non-infrastructure schemes
- Technical governance, QA and sign-off (Associate level)
- Mentoring and developing engineers across the team
- Multi-discipline coordination with MEICA, structural and process teams
- Feasibility, outline/detailed design and construction support
- Client meetings, workshops and influencing project direction
- Input into bids, proposals and wider business planning
What you'll bring:
- Chartered or working towards (ICE/IStructE/CIWEM)
- 6–15 years' UK water-sector experience
- Strong background in non-infrastructure civils
- Confidence to lead, challenge and improve design delivery
