We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR administration experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to start immediately.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide vital support across the employee lifecycle. You will take responsibility for maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance, and providing a high-quality service to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Maintain and update HR systems and records with accuracy.
Co-ordinate and process all new starter and leaver documentation.
Support with contractual changes, producing letters and documentation.
Handle queries relating to payroll, absence management, and benefits.
Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements. What we\’re looking for:
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Available to start 1st September with immediate availability. Contract details:
