We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join their People team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in delivering digital learning initiatives, partnering with the wider business and driving projects that make a genuine impact across the organisation.

  • What You’ll Be Doing as Learning & Development Partner
  • Partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify learning needs and develop practical, engaging solutions.
  • Designing and delivering blended learning programmes, including digital and face-to-face learning.
  • Supporting the continued development and optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Leading digital learning projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Creating engaging e-learning content and learning pathways that support business capability.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions.
  • Supporting the implementation of new learning technologies and continuous system improvements.
  • Producing meaningful reporting and insights to support learning effectiveness.
  • Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to create business-relevant learning content.
  • Managing several projects simultaneously whilst adapting to changing business priorities.
  • What We’re Looking For – Learning & Development Partner
  • Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development role.
  • Experience designing engaging learning solutions using both digital and classroom-based approaches.
  • Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility at all levels.
  • Experience working within a complex or matrix organisation with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work with ambiguity.
  • The ability to think on your feet, pivot when required and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience creating digital learning content would be highly advantageous.
