This is an exciting and varied role offering the chance to work on advanced electro-mechanical products, both onsite and around the world.   This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong electro-mechanical diagnostic experience who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.   What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out mechanical and electro repairs, upgrades, and testing on industrial control systems and components. Managing warranty claims professionally and promptly, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements to maintain the highest safety standards. Logging service calls and tracking through to resolution using SAP B1. Generating detailed reports and fault analysis documentation after each repair. Creating troubleshooting guides and work instructions for both internal teams and customers. Liaising across internal departments (Design, Production, Sales) to feed into product improvement and identify future opportunities. Supporting the Customer Support team with global onsite visits for repairs and inspections. Travel may be at short notice and occasionally over weekends. What We’re Looking For Minimum ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (apprenticeship background ideal). Proven experience in repair/support of electro/ mechanical products. Strong understanding of electrical schematics and diagnostic tools. Familiarity with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Organised, self-motivated, and able to remain calm under pressure. Willingness to travel globally as part of your role.
