The Role of Customer Support Coordinator

You’ll be at the heart of a busy customer support function, managing orders and handling customer queries via phone and email. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly from order placement through to delivery. No two days are the same - you’ll be juggling priorities, building relationships, and making sure customers receive a seamless experience.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Support Coordinator:

  • Processing customer orders, enquiries and changes accurately
  • Managing customer requests and resolving issues proactively
  • Liaising with internal teams including planning, logistics and operations
  • Keeping systems and customer records up to date
  • Handling queries and complaints in a professional, solution-focused way
  • Supporting smooth communication across teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment (desirable)

Working Hours:

This role covers operational hours between 08:00 – 17:30, with some flexibility required, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.
