We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected healthcare provider for a HR Advisor, to join their supportive and values-driven People function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR/People professional who enjoys partnering with managers, leading employee relations activity, and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture. In this key role, you’ll act as a trusted HR Advisor across multiple sites, working closely with the senior People lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confident, practical employee relations support
• Coach and advice line managers on best practice people management
• Support change initiatives and organisational development activity
• Develop, review and implement people policies and processes
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and positive workplace culture

You’ll thrive if you’re someone who balances professionalism and compliance with warmth, pragmatism and strong relationship-building skills.

What We’re Looking For – HR Advisor

• Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Advisory / ER-focused role
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Confidence managing complex employee relations cases end-to-end
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A calm, solutions-focused approach in sensitive situations
• Discretion, professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
