You’ll be based in modern, welcoming offices in Peterborough, with occasional visits to London, working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team. This is a pure finance business partnering role, ideal for someone who wants to operate at a strategic and commercial level while remaining hands-on with core financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to key stakeholders across the business
- Deliver insightful commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Take ownership of balance sheet oversight and performance review
- Support and lead on key business projects and initiatives
- Provide financial guidance and challenge to non-finance stakeholders
- Support ongoing business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within supply chain or logistics desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet management
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000 + bonus
- 25 days holiday plus bank
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
