Are you an ambitious marketer ready to take the next step into brand management? We’re recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager to join an established consumer-focused business in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain greater ownership of brands, campaigns and projects while developing towards a future Brand Manager role.
Working closely with Senior Brand Managers and the wider commercial team, you will:
- Support the development and delivery of annual brand plans
- Take ownership of marketing projects from brief through to delivery
- Support integrated consumer campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyse brand, consumer, category and commercial performance
- Work with creative, digital, PR and shopper agencies
- Support NPD, packaging and product launches
- Work closely with Sales and Category teams on customer activation
- Manage project timelines, budgets and performance
You’ll have previous marketing or brand experience, ideally within FMCG, food & drink, consumer goods or another fast-paced consumer environment. We’re particularly interested in someone who is:
- Commercially curious and keen to understand the “why”
- Confident taking ownership and making recommendations
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Collaborative but confident enough to challenge positively
- Ambitious and keen to develop their career in brand management
