Temporary Night Shift Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to support our client based in Whittlesey on the night shift.

This is initially a 1-week temporary assignment, however there is potential for further ongoing temporary work for the right person.

The Role of Warehouse Operative

Working as part of a busy warehouse operation, your duties will include:

• General warehouse duties
• Moving and locating stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing goods as required
• Operating a Reach Truck
• Operating a Ride-On PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
• Loading, unloading and moving pallets
• Ensuring stock is handled safely and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Reach Truck licence
• Ride-On PPT licence
• Experience operating both Reach Trucks and Ride-On PPTs within a warehouse environment
• Availability to work night shifts
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to start at short notice
