Service Delivery Manager
Are you an experienced Delivery Manager who enjoys combining customer service, team leadership, problem-solving and commercial responsibility?
We’re recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, oversee day-to-day service delivery and support the wider team to ensure consistently high standards.
The role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a first-class service while coordinating workloads and supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing service delivery across your customer portfolio
- Supervising and supporting members of your team
- Building strong customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
- Handling customer enquiries, service issues and escalations
- Reviewing customer requirements and identifying opportunities to add further value
- Preparing proposals and supporting commercial opportunities
- Helping to improve internal processes and overall efficiency
- Supporting new business activity where required
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong customer focus and the ability to work effectively across both customer and internal teams.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience within service delivery, account management or a customer-focused environment
- Strong relationship management skills
- Leadership or team supervision experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities within customer accounts
- Lead Generation experience
- Comfortability to network and identify opportunities to maximise profits
