Telesales Representative – Uncapped Commission
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
We\’re looking for a driven, confident, and target-focused Telesales Representative to join a growing business in the services sector. If you enjoy building rapport, closing sales, and turning leads into loyal customers then this role is for you.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Book quality appointments for the sales team
- Win back lapsed customers
- Follow up on quotes and warm leads
- Help launch new services and sales campaigns
- Keep accurate records using CRM systems

- Proven telesales or inside sales experience
- Confident communicator with great telephone skills
