This is a senior-level, commercially focused marketing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, data-driven environment. You will take ownership of lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing automation, working closely with the sales team to drive measurable revenue growth.
The Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead on delivering daily, tangible results. This is a proactive marketing role that directly impacts lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business performance
You will be responsible for building and managing marketing campaigns, optimising customer journeys, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise daily outbound campaigns (email, SMS, retargeting).
- Develop marketing sequences and automations to nurture and convert leads.
- Identify opportunities to generate inbound leads across organic and paid channels.
- CRM Management & Conversion optimisation
- Own and manage the CRM to ensure clean data, accurate pipelines, and effective workflows.
- Build and refine automated follow-up processes to maximise conversion.
- Monitor pipeline performance, highlighting gaps or underperformance early.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and oversee lead management processes.
- Report regularly on lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Track key metrics including response rates, cost per lead, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Use data insights to continually improve marketing and sales performance.
- Content Development & Messaging
- Write and produce marketing assets such as email campaigns, SMS scripts, and landing pages.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Test and refine offers, creative content, messaging, and funnels.
- Keep up to date with marketing best practices, tools, and compliance requirements.
About You
- We are looking for a growth-focused marketer with:
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B or service-led industries.
- Expertise in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), marketing automation, campaign execution, copywriting, and conversion optimisation.
