We\’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, creative-led marketing agency that\’s looking for a Paid Media Lead to bridge the gap between hands-on campaign delivery and strategic leadership.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up to take on more ownership, mentor junior team members, and still stay closely involved in paid media performance.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Monitor performance data and deliver insight-driven recommendations
- Lead A/B testing on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies and more
- Support, guide and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with SEO, content and creative teams to deliver integrated strategies
- Assist with budget allocation and spend efficiency
- Contribute to client reports and presentations with clear, strategic insights
- Keep up to date with industry changes, platform updates and new tools
What We\’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other key platforms
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, analytics platforms and attribution models
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
