Are you an organised, confident and commercially minded Marketing Manager looking for a varied and high-impact role? We are supporting a well-established business within the agricultural sector to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function, manage a small team, and take ownership of all marketing activity across multiple brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on delivery across digital, brand, events, and communications.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including oversight of a graphic designer and administrator.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership and commercial teams to support brand positioning and product promotion.
  • Own budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring effective use of spend across all marketing activity.
  • Develop annual sales and marketing plans, product price lists, and brand assets.
  • Oversee the organisation of major exhibitions and trade shows, including stand coordination and onsite attendance.
  • Manage PR activity, writing and coordinating internal and external communications.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media channels across multiple brands.
  • Ensure websites remain up to date and engaging.
  • Create compelling digital content including email campaigns, social copy, and website updates.
  • Deliver paid social campaigns and monitor performance.

We are looking for someone who can bring:

  • Strong knowledge of UK agriculture and farming practices.
  • Solid experience across core marketing disciplines and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency across the full Microsoft Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and digital/web marketing strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and data analysis.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills.
  • Experience using website CMS platforms.
