Are you an organised, confident and commercially minded Marketing Manager looking for a varied and high-impact role? We are supporting a well-established business within the agricultural sector to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function, manage a small team, and take ownership of all marketing activity across multiple brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on delivery across digital, brand, events, and communications.
As Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including oversight of a graphic designer and administrator.
- Work closely with the senior leadership and commercial teams to support brand positioning and product promotion.
- Own budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring effective use of spend across all marketing activity.
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans, product price lists, and brand assets.
- Oversee the organisation of major exhibitions and trade shows, including stand coordination and onsite attendance.
- Manage PR activity, writing and coordinating internal and external communications.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media channels across multiple brands.
- Ensure websites remain up to date and engaging.
- Create compelling digital content including email campaigns, social copy, and website updates.
- Deliver paid social campaigns and monitor performance.
We are looking for someone who can bring:
- Strong knowledge of UK agriculture and farming practices.
- Solid experience across core marketing disciplines and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency across the full Microsoft Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of CRM systems and digital/web marketing strategy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and data analysis.
- Basic photo/video editing skills.
- Experience using website CMS platforms.
