Responsibilities include:
- System Maintenance & Configuration:
- Monitor and maintain Workday system configurations to ensure accuracy.
- Apply minor changes or enhancements without major development effort.
- Manage Workday security roles and user permissions.
- Act as the first line of support for end users reporting system issues.
