The Global Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs. This role is responsible for market benchmarking, salary structure development, incentive plan administration, and ensuring global pay practices remain competitive and compliant. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking
- Conduct global market pricing using salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford, etc.)
- Develop and maintain global salary structures, job architecture, and pay ranges
- Support annual compensation review processes (merit, bonus, equity cycles)
- Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness
- Workday Administration & Reporting
- Maintain and configure compensation data within Workday
- Support annual merit and bonus cycles within Workday Compensation module
- Build and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits
- Partner with HRIS to implement system enhancements
- Analytics & Insights
- Provide compensation analysis and modelling (cost impact, pay equity, scenario planning)
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations
- Support pay equity and regulatory reporting (gender pay gap, local compliance reporting)
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics for HRBPs and senior leaders
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure global compensation practices align with company policy and local regulations
- Support job evaluations and grading processes
- Maintain documentation of compensation processes and controls
