Annapurna Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an innovative biotech business looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This is a high-impact role, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the business attracts and secures top talent in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer across assigned business areas
  • Write engaging job adverts and manage postings across LinkedIn and job boards
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, processes, and timelines
  • Promote internal mobility and the employee referral programme
  • Track and report recruitment data via ATS and internal trackers
  • Stay updated on market trends and ensure offers are competitive and equitable

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or regulated industries
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment compliance and right-to-work legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies
  • Speak French & English at a fluent/native level
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • University degree (HR, Business, or equivalent experience preferred); CIPD or REC qualification a plus
