Annapurna Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an innovative biotech business looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This is a high-impact role, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the business attracts and secures top talent in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer across assigned business areas
- Write engaging job adverts and manage postings across LinkedIn and job boards
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, processes, and timelines
- Promote internal mobility and the employee referral programme
- Track and report recruitment data via ATS and internal trackers
- Stay updated on market trends and ensure offers are competitive and equitable
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance and right-to-work legislation
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies
- Speak French & English at a fluent/native level
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- University degree (HR, Business, or equivalent experience preferred); CIPD or REC qualification a plus
