We’re looking for an experienced Early Careers Recruiter to join a high-performing talent team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring the next generation of talent across a fast-paced, professional environment. This role sits at the heart of early careers hiring, covering graduates, interns and placement students. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns, build strong talent pipelines and ensure an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

The Role

  • You’ll take ownership of early careers recruitment activity, managing multiple campaigns and hiring cycles throughout the year. This includes graduate and intern hiring, employer branding initiatives and building long-term relationships with universities and external partners.
  • You’ll also play an important role in improving recruitment processes, using data and market insight to continuously enhance how early talent is attracted and selected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early careers roles, including graduates, interns and placements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, careers services and early talent networks.
  • Plan and deliver attraction campaigns, assessment processes and hiring events.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
  • Use recruitment data and market insight to improve outcomes and inform future planning.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across all early careers hiring activity.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with hiring managers.
  • Experience managing multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.
