The Role
- Provide essential administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple business functions.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer documentation and support pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Support onboarding activities for new starters.
- Produce recruitment reports and maintain recruitment data.
- Assist with recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects and process improvements.
About You
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Administrator, Recruitment Administrator or HR Administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to develop within Talent Acquisition.
