We are partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a team of five recruiters while supporting hiring activity across a diverse and evolving business. This is a player-coach role, combining people leadership with hands-on recruitment delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business attracts and hires high-quality talent, while also driving improvements across recruitment processes, ways of working, and overall hiring performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Talent Acquisition professionals
