I am partnering with a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation to recruit a Reward Partner to join its evolving Reward team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded reward professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, providing expert reward advice and helping to deliver fair, competitive and market-aligned reward solutions.

Supporting a designated business area, the Reward Partner will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to influence reward decisions, provide data-driven insights and help embed a modern reward framework across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine strong reward expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, business-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert reward advice and guidance.
  • Act as the primary reward contact for a designated business area.
  • Support the delivery of reward initiatives aligned to business and people objectives.
  • Provide recommendations on compensation, grading, job architecture and reward-related decisions.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive programmes.
  • Ensure consistent application of reward policies, frameworks and principles.
  • Conduct reward benchmarking and market analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Support job evaluation and grading activities.
  • Analyse reward and workforce data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Support organisational change, restructuring and workforce planning activity from a reward perspective.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and challenges.
  • Contribute to ongoing reward transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Experience

  • Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or a related HR specialist function.
  • Strong understanding of reward principles, including compensation, grading and job evaluation.
  • Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Experience supporting annual reward review processes.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders appropriately.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting reward projects or transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of job architecture and grading methodologies.
  • Experience working with WTW frameworks or market benchmarking tools.
  • Experience within a large, complex or matrix organisation.
  • Understanding of reward governance and compliance requirements.
