We are partnering with a fast-paced, customer-led hospitality business looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager to help shape and elevate capability across the organisation. This is a highly visible role, working closely with operational and people leaders to build engaging learning experiences that support performance, leadership development, and long-term career progression across both head office and frontline teams. The Role

You will take ownership of the L&D agenda across the business, designing and delivering learning initiatives that improve capability, engagement, and operational performance. Key responsibilities include:
